He walked me through the diagnostic, explaining how the system should work and what it was doing. It was determined that my system loosing refrigerant and that r22 freon was phased out. He explained my options for the short term to shut the system off and what types of space heater to look for. Long term is to replace the system. I will be scheduling a consultation on Monday. |

Plus, he explained everything and how the wiring should have been connected. In addition, he gave great suggestions and helped set it up in the way we were hoping was most efficient for our house.
