Steve Pearlman | DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Repairman was 2 hours late for his appointment window. Then he couldn't even look at the washing machine because it was stacked. Apparently they are supposed to ask when the call is set up but didn't. Then he gave me a reschedule time in a week. Turns out that was a lie. The reschedule was two weeks out. Neither customer support or the call center could do anything about it. Go elsewhere. |
Robert Nugent | Signed up for warranty service after being told initial service call scheduled for following day would be covered. When tech arrived he stated the repair was not covered. Confirmed with Sears that warranty service does not go into effect until 30 days after. Initial representative was either misinformed or deceptive. Cancelled warranty and got refund. Avoid this trap! |
