I wouldn't even put one star if it was possible. The way the employee's act is embarrassing for the whole company. Completely unprofessional. Rude. They cuss dramatically and make fun of customers, i am just in total disbelief. Even the manager herself is just always cussing, being disrespectful. It's a shame, really.. If you want customer service they will quite literally tell you they don't care and then laugh at you. Disgusting.

We bought a couch and a chair from here just recently. We bought it from the clearance room. The chair was fine but the couch has a strong odor of smoke. I've been spraying it for 3 days now trying to get the smoke smell out of it. They said it was in the clearance room because it was discontinued but I'm thinking someone had brought it back from a home that smokes and they resold it. I can't figure out how it would get such a strong smell otherwise. We don't smoke so we really notice it. I love the couch but I can 't sit on it because of the smoke smell.

We have spent thousands of dollars in this store, we bought a bran-new couch that was dysfunctional and was under a one year warranty, we have called multiple people in management that have all failed to fix the problem that is still under warranty. They did send someone out to look at the couch and order the new part but never heard anything back from them and claimed they lost our file and will not come back out to fix the problem nor will they call us back. This store will take your money and you dont get what your paying for
