Our freezer door had a bent hinge bracket, it was an obvious fix, I told the operator that when I called in to make the appointment. The technician came out, looked at it and left within a few minutes. Then came back a few days later with the part, installed it, and was gone within 20 minutes. I was hit with 135 in labor fees for less than 30 mins of work over both visits. That price didn't include the price of the new part. It seems like kind of a scam to be charged for the first visit when no work was done or required and he left within a few minutes. |
