Appliance Repair by ABC Appliance Repair in Cumberland, Virginia

The repair man came said the fridge was fixed. Fridge kept acting up the same as before the 265.00 repair for a 14.00 part, no receipt, fridge still messed up, three weeks later after being given the run around for nine days now eleven days later he won't answer the phone when I try to call to find out what the hold up is . I've called three times total now, no answer at all. Crappy service, poor comunication, bad bad buissiness practice. Customer beware .

The owner of the business came to repair my dryer and which would not turn on he charged 160 to replace two fuses turn it on and left I went to dry clothes and it would not turn on and it was getting extremely hot to the touch I unplugged it he finally came back and said it was the blow motor had to wait another week for him to come back replace that and replace the two fuses that he has replaced originally and which I believe he bypass them instead of replacing them. It turned on I went to dry clothes I had to unplug it and remove all of my clothes at burnt my arm it had gotten so hot. After a week of trying to get him to resolve this issue he then offers to give me 60 back I refuse the offer and gave him another opportunity to make it right and which he finally answered the phone from which I call from a different number cuz he has been avoiding me to tell me that the dryer was working for me to dry clothes. I told him I did not want to cut catch my house on fire he said it won't however it burnt my arm it got so hot. So now the owner and only employee of the ABC appliance repair refuses to fix it and has taken my Hundred 60 and now I'm stuck with a dryer and which I am afraid to give to anyone because there's no telling what he did to it and now I have to buy a new dryer. He has no customer service he'd never came 2 times that he was said he was going to he said he was going to come on a Saturday he never showed nor called and he also had not showed up when I was waiting for him and I called two hours later and he was just waking up. He does not know what he is doing he has no customer service or business skills. This company scammed me for my money.
