Sometimes feels like it takes hours to actually get a person to help but once they do, they have always been knowledgeable and very helpful. If they were better staffed I would have given them 4 stars. |
| Tyler T | Went in there yesterday to buy something new for the family and 3 employees kept looking at me and laughing I'm assuming because I've been in the store for about 30 minutes. I made direct eye contact with one of the employees pointing and they were startled that I caught them and mumbles "everything okay? You good?" And I responded with an abrasive "are you good!?" And then they all just scatter from just standing around together slacking to actually helping customers. So be cautions of the weird and rude employees here at this Best Buy, they'll make shopping so uncomfortable that you won't want to come back. BEST BUY |
