| dmt0709 | I went in to pick up an online order but I looked around and decided to buy 2 more items, including a 50 lb. bag of fertilizer that was too heavy for me to put in the cart or in my trunk. I asked the cashier if she could get someone to help me and she said she would. She got the online order for me and rang up my new purchase. She came out from behind the counter and loaded the bag of fertilizer into the cart and told me to pull up to the front and she would load it into my car. She was waiting for me when I drove up and she loaded everything into my car. The receipt says her name is Barbara and I hope she will be recognized for her EXEMPLARY service. She is an ambassador for Home Depot. |
