| Ossama Abdel | I've been having real issues with with my new unit and no other technician could figure out what exactly was the issue I had 3 different ones over before I called Comfort Source So I called Comfort Source and they sent Nathan and Cody to come and do a diagnostic and after a long and tedious process of elimination there was a wire that was shorting the system and blowing out my thermostat. So they had to do some rewiring work. They did all the work as quietly as they could and cleaned up after themselves and provided constant feedback throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody doing repairs or in need of any hvac services. I appreciate the work and responsiveness from not only Nathan, but the office staff that worked with me to get us on the schedule so quickly. |

They are reasonably priced and super easy to schedule with. They don't try to up-sell you or sell you things you don't actually need. They squeezed in my new HVAC install to beat the high temperatures despite being super slammed. Really great team to work with! Highly recommend for all heating and cooling needs. |
