The man at the front was very rude and disrespectful to my boyfriend both bringing the vehicle and picking it up. My boyfriend even after everything was said to him, he even said thank you for everything and tried to shake the man's hand and he just ignored him. Thank goodness this was a warranty situation and not a paid one or I would be very upset period. Respect goes a long way especially in a business aspect, some people need to realize that. Repeat customers is a lot to a business and word of mouth. I definitely don't see how this place stays in business. |
