On two different days, the gentleman spent an extensive amount of time explaining about the different mattresses and answering questions about appliances. I was having a problem with my back and wasn't sure if a new mattress would solve my problem... he went so far as to suggest that I buy a foam mattress topper and see if that helps so I'd know if a soft one is better for me. I did this, and then went back and did buy a soft mattress. Got a great price, and they delivered my new mattress and took the old one away within hours of my purchase. The delivery men were clean, fast, and polite. I've found all the staff to be very polite, and in the store, very knowledgeable. I will definitely go there again when I'm ready to buy appliances for my new kitchen and/or laundry room. Highly recommended! |
