I called early in the day, and after explaining the symptoms and the Model of the fridge, Charles arrived within 2 hours with a part in hand. He was very efficient, and within 1/2 hour we had a working fridge again. I checked with someone I knew who was also having a problem with their fridge, and Charles agreed to stop by to see what he could do. He fixed their fridge also. He is very courteous, personable and reasonable, and any time we need appliances repaired, you can be sure I will be calling Charles. He really knows what he is doing. |

Fridge needed a new mother board and wasn't worth saving, but he got it functioning enough to get us through. He then recommended a replacement and contact info for a local distributor.
