Appliance Repair by Triple R in Bedford, Virginia

Had an appointment for the day set coming inbetween 8-5 and if that wasn't bad enough they never showed. When I called I was told they rescheduled it for over a week later! So now I'll have to loose another day of work to see if they even show.

I normally don't post negative reviews against businesses but this one is a definite avoid at all cost. I called Lowes on Sunday because my washer stopped working correctly spin cycle will not engage. They scheduled a technician between 8am and 5pm today. I called just minutes ago and was informed that I changed the appointment to Monday the 24th. I let the lady from Lowes customer service that i didn't reschedule the appointment and was not notified of any changes by the technician. After talking with them i was transferred to Tripple R. After speaking with the apparent office manager i could easily tell some of the issue. No idea of when the parts would arrive or when they could schedule a technician. I was only given she couldn't call everyone because she was so busy and they ordered a part for a washer machine that no one from her business has been by to check to see what is broke. There is no way that this business has more than a few techs and couldn't service that many clients a day that you couldn't call all of the appointment before 2 pm. On top of that they will only tell you that they can be here between 9 and 5 on Monday the 24th so i have to take another day off to hopefully get the issue fixed. I am sure there has to be a better place to do warranty repair for these appliances.
