| massimo volo | So this company came to my house to replace dryer motor got a brand-new dryer motor technician left stop working call the office spoke to a guy told him The situation he said I can't be possible so I said what do you mean the dryer is not working time is working the cycle is working but the drum is not turning yes me if I am plugged it I said no he said well you need to common sense I said I am not a mechanic I don't not know the stuff he said commonsense unplug it or it catches on fire So I kept my cool because I knew that these people are ignorant so I said The technician just left about 45 minutes ago and it stopped working he said let me call you back I waited about an hour and I called him back I said have you gotten a hold of the technician he said no our technicians are not allowed to use their phone in the household I said that's a good policy for you but not good for me I said I need to go to work he said your wife told me that she drives the bus so she will be home by four I said yes I said but what is something of your personal stuff breaks down and it takes this long to fix he said let's not get personal I told him this is personal this is my dryer that we haven't had for three weeks already he said I'll call you back and let you know 4:45 teen bye no call no show so I called around five minutes till five got no answer left a message stating this is very poor business told them to give me a call Monday morning no call again I called them back Monday morning and said thanks for the call back he said I could be there 3 to 5 with the attitude I said I can't be there at my son's baseball game is around that time hey said all right what about Tuesday 3 to 5 I said OK so they insisted then that I had to be there when it was OK for my wife to be there Friday go figure right so he insisted for me to be there I was working and I couldn't be there I said my wife was going to be there he insisted I had to be there he came right to my house and left without fixing my dryer how ignorant any responsible and rude is this company |
