After waiting for warrantied part, technician came out installed the new motor but when error still showed up, he didn't have the right tools to finish the job. After waiting 5 days for the tool to be delivered, came out and determined in 15 minutes that our washer was irrepairable because he couldn't remove the tub nut. So I amazon primed the 38mm socket and borrowed an impact wrench the wrench that every youtube video will tell you you need for this job and removed the tub nut easily. And then I amazon primed the actual part that needed to be replaced the clutch and bearing assembly, replaced it myself and now our washing machine works fine. Will never use Vertex again -- and have filed a complaint with LG about the quality of this certified repair shop.

Stay away from these folks! They are incompetent! I asked them to come out and diagnose the cause of an accident with a front loading washer for an insurance claim. They were supposed to diagnose the part that caused the accident and remove it. The technician wrote one sentence on his report but did not remove the part, a water inlet valve, as instructed. He was sent back the next day to remove the water valve, but identified a different part, the mother board, as the problem and removed it but left the water inlet valve in the machine. Anyway, my insurance adjuster said any company that gives you two different diagnoses on 2 consecutive days is not reliable, and they are sending out their own people to diagnose the problem. These guys charged me 95 and completely failed at their task. Try someone else!

The service technician was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He came on time and fix the problem with my refrigerator quickly and effectively. Overall, excellent service. I highly recommend Vertex Home Services and will use them again if needed.
