Excellent service! Zach was a huge help when picking out a TV and blue ray player. Matt at the geek squad was very helpful when I picked up my daughter's laptop. The geek squad folks did a great job of saving as much data as they could which was so important to my daughter as all her animation work was on the lap top. Matt suggested we use and external hard drive to back things up moving forward which is an excellent idea! Thanks to all for making this trip easy!

Mike at with the phone service was wonderful, he was super helpful. It was the rest of the store that was the issue. Out of stock for many products, the phones I wanted were out of stock and none of the other employees were helpful to me or to the guys at the phone area when they were asking for inventory for items, both phone service guys were great 5/5 stars for them, rest of the store not so much unfortunately.
