Dan Casavant | Excellent service. great staff very knowledgeable. The owner can be a little pushy but his heart is in the right place.. Aaron has always been very helpful with all my appliance and electronic needs. Sears hometown is a great place to shop.. |
Kristin Plante | I went in to buy replacement refrigerator bulbs. As I walked in the door the representative looked at the bulb in my hand and said, "Aubuchon or Country Home Center," without even offering so much as a greeting. I said, "It's a refrigerator bulb." He said, "We don't sell those." I asked when that changed and was told they never have sold appliance bulbs. This simply isn't true. I've purchased them there before and told the associate this. He argued with me and then stated it must have been ages ago. I left. I will likely just purchase on Amazon. I know many local stores are wondering why they have to compete with online retailers. One suggestion might be to consider reassessing the quality of their customer service as a starting point to bettering their business. A simple, "Hello, welcome to our store, how are you today" could have changed the entire tone of the interaction. Additionally, they might consider selling replacement parts for the appliances they sell. |
Andrew Fichtner | I have made many purchases here over the years and am always treated so well by Joe and Aaron. They point me in the right direction and go above what's expected and what's typically received at other stores. Thanks guys! |
