No work was done on my car at Ludlow Service Center, so I can't comment on the quality of their work. However, I can say that the owner, Tony, is an honest, knowledgable, straightforward, kind and caring person. I often travel to Vermont and I am seriously considering moving there from New Jersey because of the kindness of the locals. If I lived there, I would definitely bring my car to this service center. |
| te bat | Went to get an inspection and mistakingly had the wrong paperwork in hand. Instead of this being explained I was told to "use my head". Obviously this is not the treatment a customer wants or expects when going somewhere to pay for a service. Maybe its time for the owner to retire if he dosn't have the patience anymore to treat his clientelle with respect. Certainly wont be returning and will be spreading word to my clients and associates in the area to look for an alternate service center. |
