He does a great job and I am always pleased. When I gave the purse to my girlfriend, she wondered if the strap could lengthened, so it would rest lower under her arm. We brought it back to the store to ask if they could make the adjustment. They said absolutely they could. We got a call back a couple days later that it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up later that week they told me there was no charge for the adjustment. Very pleased with their customer service every time. |
