ARC used to be a good company when Will was at the helm. Now their incompetence is outstanding. If you want a huge list of what they won't or can not not do give them a call. We have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them and we don't get follow up calls or updates. They schedule an appointment then let you guess the time. When you call to find out what's going on they pass the buck. Horrible experience

It has taken over a month still counting to figure out and coordinate a repair on my furnace. From front office staff to technicians, there is no communication. If it wasn't for me calling everyday, I'm quite convinced that ARC would just rather not do the work.

From initial contact to final cleanup, a pleasure working with this company. Appointments were made and kept and the company did their best to work around our schedule. The installers were friendly and very, very competent, as was the initial estimator who gave us great advice on installation options. An A+ job all around. I plan to call them again soon for additional work.
