| Artistic Painting | I had an appointment with the Tooele, Utah, Franchise office between 8-10 am and they never showed up and never called. I called them at 10:30 to find out what happened and they said they scheduled someone who's day off it was and they could not fix the problem immediately and instead wanted to reschedule. I wasted 2.5 hours of my day waiting for them and now I still have a broken appliance for my tenant. When I told the secretary I was a busy man and didn't have time to wait around for professionals to not show up she said that they were very busy in their office. This remark showed such lack of quality control and customer service that I don't know what to say. I am beyond upset with their unprofessionalism. I am asking for a full refund of the appointment fee and will never use them again. I would also love a check for the 2.5 hours they wasted of my time, too, but I'm not holding my breath on that one. |
