Jaren did a great job of fixing our dryer! He was on time, professional, and took time to make sure it was running better than before. I was grateful for his visit and that our dryer could be repaired in a timely manner.

Worst company I've ever had to dealt with. They scheduled an appointment to come look at my whirlpool, they came out and figured out what they needed to and then scheduled another appointment to come back out. When they finally made it back out, the technician had brought the wrong parts for the job. They then tried to tell me they needed to get/order the correct parts which they should have done in the first place then schedule another appointment but that they couldn't come back out for another 2 weeks or so. Well I didn't have ANOTHER two weeks to wait so I politely told them I was no longer in need of their services and to cancel the job. At that point, they tried to tell me I had to pay a cancellation fee because I was cancelling... I again politely explained that they made an error, they brought the wrong parts, and I didn't have the time to wait for them to come back two weeks later based on their error. They still tried to charge me. Fast forward FIVE years later and I'm receiving calls from collections agencies about an 85 cancellation charge on work they DIDN'T do based on THEIR mistake. Save yourself some trouble and headaches and DO NOT use this dishonest company. They won't even try to talk to me about the charges and they even acknowledge that they made a mistake but still want to charge me anyway.
