Derek was our guy and he did a fantastic job examining and repair the furnace. Whipple made the whole repair process very professional. Before Derek arrived at my house, i received a text massage telling me who the technician would be and a tracking info telling me where he was. When Derek Arrived, he was so considerate and brought a door mat and shoe covers to make sure my carpet would be protected. During the furnace check, he explained very clearly what he was doing and very patiently answered my questions. He quickly identified the problem and fixed our furnace. He also offered the best price option. Everything was done within an hour. I cannot say enough how i was impressed by Whipple/Derek's prompt responses and professional services. Varena Terrero | My basement flooded due to some problems associated with some kind of a clog in my washer line. My own remedies resulted in the connection to the main line actually popping loose resulting in the flooding. I have always loved and been impressed and delighted by the messages in the company commercials that Whipple does on the radio and that was my biggest motivation for calling them for service. I called after hours and the customer service rep who took my call was patient with my frustration and the circumstance did not warrant the additional charge of after hours service and I elected to wait for the next day for service. I was told that someone would be available first thing at 8 a.m. but at 8:23 the next morning I thought maybe I had missed the call and texted the office to inquire. Someone called me back shortly and said the technician was on their way. Then I got a call that there was trouble finding my address and the technician that came, Daniel, was very polite and clean. The service call provided for him to use a camera to view the lines. We opted to view down the clean out outside first. Initially, there was a little bit of a delay because the camera was somehow not on his truck so a supervisor Frank came with his camera and between the two of them I acquainted them with the history of the problems. We were all surprised that the there were no roots or visible clogs in the main lines either to my house or to the street. And initially it appeared that the line for the washer and for my kitchen sink to that main line was running clear but a repeat test resulted in another backup of water in the washer line prior to where it connected to the main line. As my financial concerns were restrictive we discussed the options for short term vs long term remedy and also options for payment of any of those services, they acquainted me with the Whipple Club discounts available and the 0 interest for 18 months payment option. Ultimately a contractor friend of mine recommended that he come and address the issue of the clog in my washer line himself. The time and attention they afforded me regarding services I would definitely be needing in near future and yet without those discussions resulting in a contract for additional service on todays call was not their preference I'm sure and so I was doubly impressed with the continued respectful attitude of the technicians and I will recommend Whipple to others in need of such services and diagnosis. And as the future unfolds for me I will be very open to call on WHIPPLE for the service I will undoubtedly require. |
