The guy showed up and looked at the range and washer, but didn't do anything. He asked for 70, when the email specifically said 45. He was mad when I paid him 45 but said he would come back. He never came back. He responded only twice to my multiple emails and said he had ordered the parts and that he would call the warranty company and have them send someone else. He didn't. I had a pretty good idea that he was going to cheat me, but I paid him anyway, because that's what the contract said. The people in the house who heard the whole thing said "I wouldn't have paid him because he isn't going to come back". I knew that, but I don't cheat people out of money. Funny thing is, I always give a pretty nice tip when the job is done, and even told him I would make sure he wasn't taken advantage of.

Never showed up. Called once, asked for pictures of my oven. Never responded or even bothered showing up. I will not use them again.
