| Steve Maxfield | I'd love to leave a good review if I could, we bought a 1400 Serta mattress from Bill's, it turned into an absolute disaster. The icomfort series mattress was extremely uncomfortable after a while of trying to tough it out and break it in. This mattress is deteriorating, sagging, breaking our backs. This is more of a Serta problem than a Bill's problem but I'm leaving this review because Bill's has not helped us out very well in regards of making it right within the warranty period of this terrible mattress. Bill's being a reseller, I'd hope to receive some help being they've got more gun power than I do being an individual customer. Serta has been as useless as the US government offices, I wish Bill's would help us. |
