Appliance Repair by Sears Appliance Repair in Ogden, Utah

My only compaints are that I had to call because the Repairman did not show up in the 1-5 window, I sat at my home waiting the entire window and had many things to do. I had to call in and then they told me he was going to arrive soon. He arrived at 5:53 pm. The Repairman told me the Appliance wasn't turned on which didn't make sense to me, and cost me 100 I wished he would have at least explained to me how or what he did to change it and shown me so I understood and I would understand what that would mean. It looked ON to me and was acting ON. Anyway it should be working, I'll let you know.

The technician was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and quickly fixed it. I could not have asked for more. Dan did an excellent job.

I called to get my dishwasher fixed. 3 weeks ago. Sears cxld service the first time. And reschd the for the next week and the repairman never showed or called us to let us know. We called sears to see what happened and a sears representative said the repairman is on there way. A few minutes later recieved a email that sears reschd are appt again the following week. We have been doing business with sears for years to be treated this way. We called sears to tell them what happened and they acted like they did not care. So we cxld are service and called someone else to repair our dishwasher and he came the next day.
