| trenton jeffers | Called them up 3 min before they were closing asking for a dryer fuse because my dryer stopped working! He told me he had one in stock and would stay and wait for me to get there!! I showed up and he asked if I had tested it, to which I replied no so he tested it and it was fine! I told him it had stopped heating and he pulled up the model and said it's probably the heating element which he didn't have on hand, but he did have the heating fuse kit which I bought. He told me not to open it because these fuses hardly ever go bad and that I could return it if that wasn't the case so he showed me where it was and told me how to bypass it to see if that's what was wrong or if it was the heating element!! Well I did exactly what he said and sure enough it heated right up so I replaced the fuse he gave me and works perfectly!!! Would highly highly recommend them!! |
