It clearly states in their warranty that if you want in home service it's 45plus parts.This Washer and Dryer was purchased a month ago and acted up on the 2nd load . | Jared Kelso | Beware and do not buy from this business. Very unprofessional business owner/operator. Bought washer and dryer from owner on a Saturday and was moving into a new home on Sunday to be delivered on Monday. Found out on Sunday that previous home owner decided not to move their washer and dryer and they would be included in the sale of the new home. We notified the owner of Appliance Connection the circumstances and that we would no longer like to purchase the washer and dryer on Sunday. Come Monday we go to the store to talk to the owner about the issue and he is unwilling to work with us for a refund or even a partial refund on the washer and dryer that is still sitting in his store. |
