| Dan Auga | Bad company to place orders with. Placed a order of a in stock small part. Paid to have expedited shipment. Was told 5 days ago it was shipping next day. But today I login it was pending with no shipping date available... So much for the additional for expedited fee. It would have been nice for a email sent to me of the delay, unfortunately they did not feel that was valuable to your customers. So I have called and told there were 4 in stock and can not tell me why it was never shipped or when it would be shipped. I figure out a new solution with a new vendor. |
