But they are great at helping to find solutions and can usually figure out a way without you leaving the store to go somewhere else. This is an essential retailer in the community. |
| Sandy Mathews | Ordered a shed from Home Depot that they delivered several months ago. Their contractors were supposed to come and build it but had to wait for the weather to get to above 40 degrees. Ok that's fine. They called several times last week and scheduled the shed to be built. They said they would be here between 8-12. Then they called and cancelled because weather conditions were bad again. Then they rescheduled again for today between 8-12. This time no show. No call or anything. I will never order anything from Home Depot again that I can't build myself. Their contractors are the most unreliable people. I told my husband to just have the shed picked back up and returned. It's never going to get built. I waited around all day for them not to show up. Never again. Home Depot you will continue to lose sales at this rate. You need more reliable builders. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm so disappointed. |
