A repairman came to my house pushed one button on my machine, asked if the motor was still under warranty and diagnosed the problem as the motor. Charged me roughly 100.00. I waited 6 weeks for a part to come Not all Aaron's fault. The repairman came to my house, installed the motor left the old broken motor behind and pushed a button. The machine made the same noises that it made before I called for repairs. When I asked repairman it that sounded right to me, he blew me off. I paid the repairman another 100.00 and put in a load of wash. Got the very same error code and the very same problem. When I called Aaron's to ask about this, they told me that they would talk to the repairman and call me back. I never heard from them again. |
