| Sam D | Blames customers and frequently missed appointments. - They looked at, but never fixed our dryer. They never scheduled a follow up to install working parts so I rescheduled a follow up on December 23 -they never showed; Again rescheduled on December 26 they never showed again! They blame Best Buy; I talked to Total Appliance directly about finishing the repair, and as usual they lied that they would come on Jan 3; On Jan 3 I called and Talked with Total Appliance directly They told me I had a cash out offer that I did not accept from Best Buy so as expected, and as usual - no repairs are happening from this company! They refused to function as a service company! All in all, after months without a working dryer, I was forced into accepting a replacement from Best Buy. |
| Katie Boyd | I did not pick this company, my home warranty did. What a JOKE. They ordered a part, 5 days later they were supposed to install it and instead call me to tell me it's cracked and they have to re-order it and will be up in a week. They only go to Park City where I live 2 days a week and refused to make an exception, not to mention completely dropped the ball by not checking the part when it arrived instead of 5 days later when it was supposed to be installed. Their office manager and schedulers were less than helpful "nothing they can do". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you don't mind being without your appliance for a month. |
