I was nervous because my sewing machines are Husqvarna Viking and when I started calling around to find out who could help me after the computer display screen froze on my serger, I found nobody works on this type in our area. My fear was I'd have to ship it back to the dealer. Todd was so helpful and after speaking with him I knew he'd fix it. He worked with Husqvqrna techs to troubleshoot the problem and they were able to get me back up and running, and callibrated it also. Not to mention you can't beat the price. I won't hesitate to call Todd in the future if one of my machines needs work. I also would recommend him for sewing machine repair in a heart beat. Thanks so much Todd!! |
