| herkymr m | The technicians that came out were pretty friendly and efficient. They got everything gutted out and dried out. And then we had to start the repair process. That took so long! Too many different companies to subcontract with, and I still see seams where the Sheetrock was cut half way up the wall. To top it all off, they put our stuff in storage and then lost part of our couch and half our toys. The kids were devastated that they lost some of their special toys. The company also changed ownership during the process and our file with proof of our things got lost. Just a rough 9 month process. Also, in the bathroom, u can see the seams in the drywall and they only did 1 coat of paint which is already peeling. |
