| Charlotte Q | I pulled up to the store just before closing. I only needed a bag of corn. The open sign was still on and the doors unlocked as I got out of my truck. The assistant manager, Greg Smith, watched me get out of my truck and head to the door as he turned off the open sign, locked the doors and walked away without a word. I checked the time and it was not even 7. I realize people have worked a long day and are ready to go home and if I had a long list of shopping I would never have even thought about going in that close to closing. But if you are going to close at 6:55 then state that as your closing time and have good manners enough to speak to the customer. |
