| Lesleigh Thomas | I thought this would be the perfect place to take my car since he has been in business for 40 years and my grandpa is great friends with him. Wrong. He put in a rack and pinion on my car, as soon as i backed the car out of their garage, I KNEW something was wrong. I didn't even get it into drive and I knew it was worse. By that time, he had left for the day and they were closing shop. The next day I took it back and he said it will work itself out. A few months later, it still hasn't. They also got grease stains on the interior and said I had done it. I knew It wasn't that way before. He said 100 it wasn't his fault. Here a few months later, now that I had the money to take it to a different shop, this other mechanic said that Horton's completely messed it up. It was put in wrong, and there were bolts missing and steering fluid pouring. Horton overcharges, and takes no responsibility for what he messes up. There is another mechanic in Woodville that is honest. Horton will never see another penny from me. |
