| Maria Vital | I wish I could give a lower score than a one on this business. Not only are they hard to reach, they do not stand behind their work, and have horrible customer service. They were contacted to work on a dishwasher but were unable to fix the issue. Once we reached them to explain that we were still having an issue they said it was probably, “user error.” After following the recommendations given and the dishwasher still not working properly we called to ask that they follow through with their promise to continue to work on it until it was fixed. This all ended with Eric yelling as we try to explain that the machine was still not working and we wanted them to stand by their word to fix it. Now we are out of pocket 267.03 for a broken dishwasher that was never properly repaired. They are scammers. |
| Garrett Goines | Promptly arrived to install parts once arrived. When it came down to it the price was very reasonable and he didn't want to leave until the job was completed even if it meant sitting around until I got back from the hardware store with parts. Very greatfull, any other place would have left saying they had to order x part and left me without a dishwasher. Thank you again. |
