He gave us notice when he was on the way, arrived on time, thoroughly evaluated the problem, and when he left our washer was working fine again. He'd had to move the dryer as well to assess the problem, and it is tricky the way the vent hose connects to the outside -- the hose came off, and he even returned to the house to fix that for us when we discovered it. We were very happy with the service. |
