Dell from Direct Service did a great job for us today. We were doing a small bath remodel and Dell connected up the faucet to the new sink. This was not as straightforward as it sounds since the vanity size and position was different than the old one causing me to be reluctant to try it myself. He also set the new toilet for me. The work was done efficiently and he cleaned up after completing everything. The price was very fair. I have used Direct Service for other plumbing work and for A/C work in the past. Their techs know their business and never try to up sell you. I also want to mention that the office staff is very good. They are polite and attentive and very responsive.

Super helpful and professional. A special tool was required for the work I needed done, Direct Service Company went above and beyond to find out and track down what that tool was. The representative that came out to do the work was very professional and answered all my questions. I will exclusively be recommending this company for any and all jobs.
