I did business with this company a few years ago so apologies for not recalling all of the details. I brought a phone in for a screen repair, was told it would be fixed by a certain date because I was traveling out of the country on important business and needed the phone on my travel. The date came and went, phone was not ready. No apologies & no discounts were offered for their screw up. They ended up having to send it off to get it fixed elsewhere. Ended up having to get a family member to get the phone about a week later and mail it to me at my cost. These guys wouldn't even cover the shipping. Also turned out the bill was much higher than estimated, but I guess since I wasn't there to pick up the phone they thought they could pull a fast one and I couldn't get my phone back if I didn't pay. They definitely did not have a customer first attitude. More like a "sucks to be in your attitude." I would NOT do business with them or recommend them. Total nightmare. Ended up having to get my phone fixed overseas about a year later when their poor quality work broke again. Somehow the overseas company got it fixed in 24 hours for a quarter of the cost and I still have the phone today. I was not going to leave a review because I normally do not, but now I am getting bombarded with emails soliciting my review so here it is. Customer beware!

Hector at WacoTechs service was excellent!! The prices were affordable and work was efficient. He was very patient with me and also assisted me with picking/dropping off laptops I needed fixed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer repair.
