| Jake Jacobson | Purchased a used stack-able 27 inch washer dryer 09/19. Three days later the drum valve started to leak. Called repeatedly for repair as Brian promised a 90 warranty on everything they sell. Several assurances that the part was on the way. Now, 11/08/2019 no part, no repair call, no nothing. They sell "gently used" appliances that are "thoroughly inspected and repaired" before sale. WHAT UTTER NONSENSE! This is an operation run by LIARS AND THIEVES. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Several other more reputable sellers of used appliances are located in Waco. Check with them first. |
| Wanda Belville | I only posted one star so I could post a review of this place don't let thier website pictures fool you from the get go not good no one at the front desk a sign reading if no one at desk probably in the back follow the map which takes you down hallway to a room full old washers and dryers nothing like pictures they posted I don't think charity agency's would accept these appliances really bad fair pricing no I suggest you shop around !! Also other reviews of this place don't sound good I could see how they could take advantage of people that really a shame |
