The owner has been out to my house 5 different times. 3 different times stating he received a bad part. 45 days after getting the refrigerator working, it is now having the same issues we called them for in the first place. I called stating I would like a refund so I could get another company out to repair the fridge and they will not issue a refund. The owner did offer to come out to the house again but we are done with this company and the frustration! We have put so much time and effort into getting this repaired properly. I WOULD NOT recommend this company! |
