| Jennifer Stewart | I recently broke down in Van Horn. I had no idea who to call or what to do, it was about 11:30pm and I was over an hour away from home. I was referred to the local Sheriff's office who gave me a number to someone who was currently unavailable but, he referred me to a gentleman named Bill. He came out within 15 minutes, took a look and got my car functioning enough to make it to A&A. He was very honest and helpful and told me to go ahead and grab the part in Alpine, where I'm from, because it would probably be cheaper, and bring it up and they would replace it. It was a Saturday evening so I was not able to have it fixed right away so, I got a ride home. That Monday I called to confirm the right type of alternator and told them that I would be there on Wednesday. They were extremely accommodating and just said come during business hours and they would get it done. Today I showed up, part in hand expecting to wait awhile but, they had the alternator replaced with in 45 minutes and I was happily on the road. Thank you guys for the great service and a pleasant experience in a bad situation! |
