He explained why I was having certain problems and what the quick fix was, but explained that in the future we'd probably need to replace our system but didn't try to sell me a replacement right then. He helped me understand what things I could do on my own now to keep my system running as best as a 15 year old system could. I signed up for the Agee's service agreement too so they'll come out every 6 months to check the system. I was referred to Agee's by a family member and completely agree that they were the way to go!
