Our fridge gave out the week of Thanksgiving and we had just did all our grocery shopping for the holiday; we were in a panic with dry ice in a broken fridge and hitting all the local appliance/ hardware stores! A friend told me to come to Lafferty's and we did! They treated us like Family with exceptional customer service and a willingness to earn our business and same day delivery and install! No other competitor did that they were three days out on delivery and some were over a week out, not to mention I got a US made fridge and a deal on it as well! The Lafferty's technician went far beyond and even helped me move my old fridge to a new location just incase I wanted to have it fixed! What a business model!
