| Earl Keim | I had my mower fixed at this location which is one of the few Sears service centers left! Today I went to pick it up and I felt as if I were in a store from the 1970s. We were told to go around to the back of the store to pick the mower up. Oddly enough the mower was dirtier than when I dropped it off. When I paid for the service, the bill did not give a detailed explanation of what was wrong nor did the mechanic give us one either. The mechanic was at the back dock smoking a cigarette and simply said here you go thank you. The receipt I received after I paid for everything said, "service charge." it would have been nice to have read what the problem was so I can make sure not to duplicate it in the future. No wonder Sears is closing many of its doors. |
