Appliance Repair by ATC Appliance Inc in Sugar Land, Texas

I would give them negative stars if it was possible in here. Very UNPROFESSIONAL! They were given the work order from LG for my refrigerator, they were suppose to call to set up a time for when they can come, well they never called. I called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, LG reps called multiple times. Then the day they were suppose to come, "Ben" first claimed they called and got an automated message saying to call back my voicemail allows voicemail to be left, then she claimed that they did leave voicemail and text messages, I have neither. So they're also liars, along with unprofessional. Ben said they couldn't come the day they were suppose to and the next time they come they'll only give 30 mins notice. So that would mean that I would waste another work day waiting for them. I asked LG to give work order to another company. They gave it to Royal Appliance, and they were far more professional and service oriented than ATC appliance. AVOID ATC Appliance company like the plague!!

Wrote to BBB already.. Pretty bad customer service.. Came through warranty company and was interested in only co-pay of 75 dollars.. no intention to fix anything. After calling multiple times I complained it to warranty company and they forced him to call me. He did call and scheduled next day appointment and then he called next day and said it is raining so he cant work on my ice maker!!! While I had an AC repair guy working out side same time!! It is -1 star..
