Absolutely the best customer service...period! We fooled around with a big box retailer trying to get a cost estimate for quartz countertops for our kitchen and two bathrooms. Huge waste of time! Walked into Enchanted Rock and were greeted by very friendly folks who were not pushy at all!...just let us do our thing picking out what we liked. Once we let them know what we had decided on on a Monday they came and measured/templated the very next day. They ordered the stone on that Wednesday and we were told they could probably do the install late the following week. Got a call that Friday that they had fabricated the stone and could do the install on Monday!!! They knew we had two little girls and knew our house was in disarray, and were so gracious to get us taken care of so quickly. They did the install of our kitchen and bathroom countertops in about 5 hours and were extremely professional, courteous, and most of all very cleanly! I can not say enough good things about this company! From start to finish, we were taken care of the entire way. You will not be disappointed with these people! Vincent and the Enchanted Rock family have grown by leaps and bounds, but never forget the smallest customer. I love to walk through the yard. As a fine artist, I select only a very few pieces, but I get special treatment regardless. Unreservedly recommended.
