| MICHELLE YOUNG | I scheduled two separate repairs washing machine and treadmill with Sears approximately 10 days or so in advance. I received MANY reminders and confirmations of my appointments via text and email. For the treadmill appointment, they gave me a huge window of time when they might arrive 8am - 5pm. I had to completely clear my day. Well at 10:30am or so, Sears decided to text me and tell me my service appointment had been cancelled. I called them to find out why and was told they didn't have a tech in my area that day. What!? After all the reminders and confirmations and me clearing my entire day for them, there is all of a sudden no tech in my area. How inconsiderate and unprofessional! Needless to say, I cancelled my washing machine appointment as well and called Houston Fitness Repair to fix my treadmill. Randy with HFR came out the same day so my entire day wasn't wasted, was very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and fixed my treadmill quickly and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend him! I will never bother with scheduling Sears again. |
