Appliance Repair by 1960 Bear Creek Appliance Service in Spring, Texas

This is the 2nd time I have used them. I couldn't be happier. They called me back asap, told me an approximate time for coming actually came as promised. Went to work right away, no smart remarks, no huffing and puffing etc. etc.. The owner is wonderful and so are her technicians they are now my permanent appliance go to company. Their sticker is now inside my cabinet for easy access. Thank you all for making this a pleasant and easy experience for the 2nd time!!!!!!!!!

Set an appointment 1 week in advance for the morning. Was told I would receive a phone call prior to them coming out -- did not happen. They never arrived during the scheduled time. Had to call the office and then was told they were late. So I wasted taking a day off to have them come out. Even a phone call informing me they were going to be late would have been nice.
