| Brandon Tanton | If I could give under a 1 star for this place I would, the manager and assistant manager are rude. Quick to take ur money but when u ask for a refund give you a false number for corporate office and give u a runaround. I called the Beaumont branch and easily got the corporate number without a hassle. Several people has had issues with this branch. It needs to be shut down ASAP. I paid a down payment and now getting a run around to get it back along with the store manager lying saying my references aren't being contacted for my to pick up the product. Upon calling in confronting the store manager she called me a liar but when I proved that the number was in the call log her story changed. and when I stated I had an attorney involved she got a attitude even more this is bad business for silsbee. |
